The Non-Profit Roundtable is a bi-monthly forum for non-profit leaders to come together for coffee to share experiences, challenges, solutions, and leading practices to deepen connections, build a community of support amongst participants, and elevate the strength and visibility of the non-profit sector. Please RSVP to reserve your seat.

In February, we will hear from Jill Parish with WhyThinkDev talking about The Influence Revolution: Shifting from Power to Impact. Participants will be introduced to practical tools and techniques to strengthen their influential leadership skills such as:

*Exploring the differences between positional power and influence and examining how each affects trust, decision-making, and organizational outcomes.
*Practicing influence strategies that build alignment, gain commitment, and move initiatives forward without relying on formal authority.
*Apply communication and relationship-building techniques to increase personal impact and effectively influence across roles, departments, and perspectives.

This meeting is for non-profit members only. If you are a for-profit business and would like to meet our non-profit community, consider being our coffee or breakfast sponsor.
