Please join us from 11:50 AM to 4:00 PM for Torch Forum 2026, a dynamic half-day experience dedicated to igniting the next generation of Placer County leaders.

Torch Forum brings together rising young professionals from across the region for an afternoon of inspiration, leadership development, and meaningful connection. Designed to empower emerging talent, this signature event focuses on building the skills, confidence, and community awareness needed to lead with purpose — both in the workplace and beyond.

Torch Forum 2026 will feature two distinguished regional leaders. Adrian Guerrero, Assistant Vice President at Union Pacific, will deliver the opening keynote, sharing insights on leadership at scale, navigating complex organizations, and making high-stakes decisions. Kim Menzel, Senior Vice President and Area Manager at Kaiser Permanente – Roseville, will serve as the closing keynote speaker, offering practical guidance on authentic leadership, mentorship, and balancing professional growth with life’s competing demands.

Attendees will enjoy a catered lunch, participate in structured mentor matching, hear from influential business and civic leaders, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and connect with peers who share a passion for growth and impact.
