Rick Randolph is a principal at Safe Choice Security. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and a Certified Threat Manager (CTM) with the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP). He is a former police officer and executive protection agent. He has developed violence/threat assessment programs for global travel platforms and workplace violence prevention programs for one of the nation's largest health care providers. He has developed and provided training for numerous corporations, professional sports teams, churches, hospitals and major municipalities in California. He has worked with law enforcement officers, military personnel and thousands of others globally in personal protection/violence prevention strategies. 

Jenny Nguyen-Jennings is the owner of Blue Dream HR and boasts a 20-year successful career in HR, graduating with an MBA in HR from Sacramento State and earning her SPHR certification. After holding executive HR roles at Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, transportation, and gaming, she's transitioned to consulting for the last 15 years, providing HR expertise to small and medium businesses nationwide, tackling recruitment, policy development, performance management, and legal compliance. Jenny's pragmatic approach balances achieving organizational goals with navigating complex employee relations and government regulations.
