Please join us from 12:00pm to 4:00pm for Torch Forum 2026, a dynamic half-day experience dedicated to igniting the next generation of Placer County leaders.

Torch Forum brings together rising young professionals from across the region for an afternoon of inspiration, leadership development, and meaningful connection. Designed to empower emerging talent, this signature event focuses on building the skills, confidence, and community awareness needed to lead with purpose — both in the workplace and beyond.

Torch Forum 2026 will feature two distinguished leaders from the region. Adrian Guerrero, Board Chair and Chair of the Governance Committee at Union Pacific Railroad, will serve as the opening speaker. Kim Menzel, Secretary/Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee at Kaiser Permanente, will serve as the closing speaker.

Attendees will enjoy a catered lunch, hear from influential business leaders, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and connect with peers who share a passion for growth and impact. From the opening remarks to the closing keynote, Torch Forum offers a forward-looking experience that celebrates ambition, collaboration, and the future of our regional workforce.
