Demonstrate excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession;

Provides valuable service by contributing time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community;

Clearly serves as a role model for young professionals personally and professionally.

Nominees must be founders of any business established within the last five years.*

Criteria

Demonstrate superior entrepreneurial spirit in taking the risk to start one or more companies from the ground up;

Ingenuity and creativity in finding and filling a market niche;

Relative profitability and market-share success as compared to other businesses of similar age, size and circumstances;

Soundness of current financial and business practices.

Nominees must have been in business for more than five years.*

Criteria

Demonstrate superior professional skills as an owner or management-level employee of one or more successful businesses;

Have relative profitability and market-share success as compared to other businesses of similar age, size and circumstances;

Have sound financial business practices;

Conduct company business so that the company’s customers, employees and community are all enriched by the value this business brings to them.
