T-Bone’s is a locally owned business located in Roseville, CA that takes pride in cooking slow and low mouthwatering BBQ. Owner and Pitmaster Tracy Mendonsa has been competing in the competition BBQ circuit for over a decade and has developed several award winning BBQ rubs, sauces and meats that will leave you and your guests wanting more.

T-Bone’s BBQ is a unique catering company. We are a full service catering company that prides itself on sourcing fresh food and local meats slow cooked to perfection in our custom built smokers.

On any given day, you can find our smokers full of award winning brisket, tri tip, pork shoulders and fall off the bone baby back ribs. Inside our kitchen you will find us preparing some of our yummy side dishes such as our three cheese bacon macaroni and cheese or our pit smoked BBQ beans.

T-Bone’s has years of experience cooking for large groups from 20 to 2000 and can customize a menu for you that meets all of your catering needs. T-Bone’s can cook all meals onsite and we never freeze your food or reheat leftovers.
