Emil Canlas - Emil’s personal core values are Integrity, Service, and Excellence from his 23 years of service with the U.S. Air Force. He is an enthusiastic and performance-driven individual with a proven record of success and accomplishments in the profession of Human Resources Management (HRM) for over 20 years. Emil completed his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix. He is a certified facilitator of The Leadership Challenge and credentialed with Strategic Human Resources Business Partner from Human Capital Institute (HCI). Emil is a member of SHRM and Sacramento Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA).
Amanda Hurst - Amanda grew up in the Sacramento area, in an entrepreneurial family deeply rooted in the community, owning various businesses. Her work ethic started early, and she has witnessed the region's evolution over the past three decades, navigating through its challenges. Transitioning from Retail Management and Customer Service into HR provides a distinctive perspective on the diverse challenges and opportunities that businesses encounter. Amanda holds degrees in Business Administration, HR Management, and Organizational Leadership, ensuring a well-rounded skill set that aligns technical HR expertise with operational business needs. Amanda is dedicated to her mission of equipping clients with processes, tools, and solutions to ensure compliance and sustainability.
