The Home Services Roundtable is a bi-monthly forum in which our Chamber members who are in the home services industry can come together to share experiences, challenges, solutions, and referrals to deepen connections and build a community of support amongst participants.
At this meeting, we will have Delia Ursulescu show home service business owners how to use AI not just to get work done faster, but to think more clearly about their business. We’ll share a simple framework for using AI at two levels: Clearing low-value work and Strengthening high-value decisions so you can reduce chaos, delays, and costly mistakes.
What you’ll learn:
1. How to separate low-value tasks from high-value decisions and use AI differently for each level.
2. Simple ways to use AI with proven thinking models to pressure-test ideas before you act.
3. Real examples of using AI to cut down on missed follow-ups, slow quotes, and everyday business chaos.
