Ribbon Cutting - F45 Training

Join us in celebrating F45 Training with a Ribbon Cutting celebration! This is a great way to welcome our new members to the Chamber, network with our staff, ambassadors, Board of Directors, and elected officials! We hope to see you there!

Please stay after for our 4pm class. F45 is a functional strength training gym, with 45-minute group fitness classes. This day's class will be a total body weightlifting/ resistance focused template!
