Featured Speakers: Matt Click, AICP and Cherri Spriggs, CEO of Meraki Public Affairs 

Matt is the Executive Director of the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency or PCTPA. PCTPA is the Regional Transportation Planning Agency for Placer County and the six cities and town in the County. Matt is a certified planner with 29 years of experience in transportation planning, funding, and project delivery. Prior to joining PCTPA, Matt spent the last 15 years as a private-sector consultant working on major transportation programs across the U.S., including projects in Atlanta, Miami, and San Francisco. Matt holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning and a B.S. in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa; both from Florida State University. 

Cherri Spriggs is the CEO of Meraki Public Affairs. Her storied career spans nearly 25 years and includes experience in Economic Development, Education, Tourism, Land Use, Transportation, Health Care, Tort Reform, and Public Funding. With a strong background in public affairs and ballot measure campaigns, she has managed strategic outreach programs with multi-million-dollar budgets on behalf of a number of Fortune 100 companies, local government agencies, non-profit organizations and business associations. Spriggs has also served as Lead General Consultant, Co-General Consultant or Deputy General Consultant for 21 local, regional and statewide ballot measures throughout the Country since 2004.
