Featured Speaker: Heather Hilton, @theGrounds

Heather Hilton is the Director of Sales at @the Grounds. A California native, Heather relocated from Cypress to Penryn in 2004 with her husband, son, dog, and chicken. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Heather has worked with Placer Valley Tourism and several hotels throughout Placer Valley, contributing to the growth and success of the local tourism scene.

Heather served as the Chairperson on the Placer Valley Tourism Board of Directors during a pivotal time—the transition of the Placer County Fairgrounds, now known as @the Grounds and home to the Roebbelen Center. Her leadership helped guide the successful transformation and positioning of the venue.

Following her time in hospitality, Heather explored the senior living sector as Regional Vice President, overseeing operations across seven communities. When the opportunity arose to return to @the Grounds, she was excited to step into the role of Director of Sales. In this position, Heather passionately promotes the vision of @the Grounds and Placer Valley Tourism, working to elevate the region's standing as a premier destination.
