Join the vibe as Gatherings in the Garden Returns for another Season of Health and Wellness, a retreat style gathering blending Yoga, Sound, Breathwork, Reiki, Astrology, Hypnotherapy, Tarot, Biofield Tuning and more! Where wellness meets wonder!
Sunday April 28th will feature a gentle restore yoga class by Tara Olivera, creator of Yoga in the Oaks. Tara's gentle approach will set our bodies in motion as we then seg way into a gently led Meditation. Our minds are our biggest support system and Gatherings in the Garden is offering an amazing Spring Self Hypnosis led by Sandra Zambo, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Afterwards, our minds will be gently guided during a fully immersive vibrational sound experience led by Jacquelynn Knoll, who is a practitioner of Complimentary Alternative Medicine.
