Join us for a family-friendly outdoor event on one of our beautiful preserves, featuring optional hikes for kids and adults, activities/games, a food truck and bar, and live music. A short program will honor Steve Frisch, recipient of the 2024 Placer Conservator Award. Party on the Preserve is one of two events during Conservation Celebration Week—a week that is all about celebrating the people who make land conservation in our region possible! During the week of September 16-22, we will shine a spotlight on the value of protected lands with an online auction (https://placerlandtrust.org/online-auction-2024), the Placer Conservator Reception, and Party on the Preserve. There will be something for everyone! The funds raised during Conservation Celebration Week are critical to our success as an organization, supporting Placer Land Trust’s work of protecting natural and agricultural land, restoring habitat, and enhancing outdoor recreation.
