Private

Provides consulting services to the Private Sector regarding the development of Residential, Office, and Industrial projects. Typical projects range from just a few acres to projects over a thousand acres in size. Mr. Johnson specializes in projects that require creative solutions to Land Use Planning, Entitlement processing, financial and infrastructure issues.

Mr. Johnson has served as an expert witness on several cases involving Development related issues.

Public

Mr. Johnson also provides consulting services to Public Agencies. He specializes in negotiating Tax Sharing Agreements (Annexation Areas). Mr. Johnson assists with Board/Staff Development training, and Public/Developer processing forums.

Projects

When Mr. Johnson retired from his position as City Manager with the City of Roseville in 2003 he established Al Johnson Consulting LLC. The Company provides Consulting services to both the Private and Public Sector. The company specializes in processing and solving difficult Land-use Development Issues.
