Welcome to our yoga studio in Granite Bay, CA! We are sisters united by a deep passion for health and fitness. With our unique backgrounds and diverse experiences in yoga, we bring a rich blend of expertise to our classes. Our studio is dedicated to fostering strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity in a supportive environment. We are thrilled to connect with the Granite Bay community and offer a fresh option for enhancing well-being and vitality through yoga. We will be offering hot 60’s and 90’s as well as Power Vinyasa.
