Dignity Health operates six hospitals in the Greater Sacramento Area — Mercy General Hospital, Mercy Hospital of Folsom, Mercy San Juan Medical Center, Methodist Hospital of Sacramento, Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and Woodland Memorial Hospital. All six of our Sacramento area hospitals have a rich history within the communities they serve. Well-known for their role in providing specialized care, they are dedicated to achieving medical excellence through constant assessment of the needs in their communities and an investment in people, capacity and innovative new treatments and technology.

Our hospitals’ support programs, services and initiatives are designed to increase access to care and improve the health of a community. Our collaborative partners work together to build bridges to healthcare and community resources to increase access and wellness.

In addition to our acute care hospitals, Dignity Health provides outpatient services through the Mercy Cancer Center, Mercy Home Health, Hospice & Lifeline, as well as Dignity Health Medical Foundation, which includes Mercy Medical Group, Woodland Clinic Medical Group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada and Dignity Health Advanced Imaging.
