At Sequoia Pacific Builders, we specialize in building retail, restaurant, financial, and office projects for a wide variety of clients. We are based just outside of Sacramento, and we have the capabilities to work on projects throughout the Golden State and beyond. 

We have earned a reputation for quality and reliability in all aspects of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Our high ethical standards have manifested themselves in many ways, including client and employee loyalty. Some of our clients and employees have been with us for decades. We are also always eager to forge new partnerships and continually bring on new talent to stay current and experienced in the latest technologies. 

Sequoia Pacific Builders is proudly family owned and operated, and we view each client and employee as an important part of our team. In construction, value is a combination of understanding a project, being cognizant of the project owner’s goals, having deep relationships with subcontractors, hitting deadlines, maintaining budgets, and communicating openly. Our founder, Chris Eatough, is also a licensed architect, allowing him to contribute an additional layer of insight and another element of value.
