Dedicated Service Writers: Typically, with most smog shops, the same employee handles the customers and does the smog checks.

At Smog 'N Go, each of our locations has friendly service writers whose main job is to take care of the customers, leaving the technicians free to take care of your vehicle. The process should not have to grind to a halt every time the phone rings or another customer arrives.

Multiple Pull-through Bays: The typical smog shop is built from a converted garage or gas station. Often there is only one service bay where the vehicles have to be pulled in and backed out.

Smog ‘N Go facilities are built from the ground up with efficiency in mind. Each shop is built with multiple, pull-through bays, so we can test more than one vehicle at a time, and we don’t have to shuffle vehicles around. Even when we are busy, we can get you in and out in a hurry.
