Position Overview:

The Clinical Team Supervisor will lead the Outpatient Program, overseeing services for both Medi-Cal and Placer County clients. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered, and evidence-based care, adhering to all relevant regulations and organizational policies. The Clinical Team Supervisor will also maintain a reduced client caseload to provide direct client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide clinical leadership and support to outpatient therapists. Guide the team in managing cases effectively and ensuring appropriate treatment planning and client care.
  • Program Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Program. Ensure programs meet or exceed the standards set by state and county contracts.
  • Case Management: Manage a designated caseload, delivering therapeutic services directly to clients while balancing supervisory duties. Assist with complex case consultations, providing guidance and clinical expertise. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
  • Placer County Coordination: Serve as the main liaison for referrals from Placer County, ensuring efficient client intake, treatment, and follow-up processes. Maintain strong relationships with Placer County partners and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all clinical activities are compliant with state regulations, county contract requirements, and internal policies. Oversee accurate and timely documentation by staff.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training for new staff and provide ongoing professional development opportunities to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other supervisors, program managers, and leadership to foster an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and client outcomes. Recommend and implement program improvements based on feedback and data.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with Medi-Cal billing or intensive outpatient programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and maintain professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
