Position Overview:

As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients. You will work directly with clients to provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications on time.
  • Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and encourage their participation in hobbies.
  • Household Support: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
  • Documentation: Accurately record care provided and any changes in the client’s condition.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
  • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
