Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll build relationships with new and existing customers, identify their needs, and help them find the right products and services. This position offers a base pay plus commission.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Reach out to prospective customers to develop new business
• Keep customer records and sales activity accurate and up to date in QuickBooks
• Work with other departments to provide seamless customer service
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ experience in inside sales, outside sales, or account management required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• A track record of closing sales and building long-term relationships
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Job Details

This is an office-based position with standard business hours and occasional overtime as needed. Compensation includes base pay plus commission.

Pay: $18.00 - $62.50 per hour
