Operations Administrator for Roseville Urban Forest Foundation
This position assists RUFF’s operations by managing a variety of tasks under the supervision of and training (when needed) by the RUFF Board of Directors Marketing: Promote the Roseville Electric Shade Tree Program and RUFF projects, publish newsletters, create and send Mailchimp blasts, create and print posters Event Support: Plan, organize logistics, register for outreach events such as fundraisers, community events, special occasions Education Project Support: Prepare presentations, organize the library book project, print children’s booklets Volunteer Coordination: Organize volunteer events, communicate with volunteers, provide updates
